“A thought on how deeply could insanity contaminate everyday reality, fragments of daily routine, to highlight how fragile our existence could be, to push us to look more carefully and ahead, so to see the solitude that we often ignore we’re ignoring, the frailty of human bonds, the comical delicacy of “normality”.

320Chili

A group of five moves alone, giving birth to an original dance.

Sometimes their paths cross, healing for a while the solitude they carry or on the contrary amplifying it.

Like a sunny road.

Like everyday’s life

Gesture, Theatre and Contemporary circus merge in a funny and thoughtful show that paints existences stuck between the borders of everyday routine and madness, just like if they were blown in glass and then hidden in a lonely corner of life.

Five performers, four  acrobats and a juggler, describe Normality with simple tools as a rope, a helmet, a ladder and a wheel, expressing the madness that normality bears, in order to suggest that the things that usually we prefer not to see – like a vagrant’s desperate life, a fool’s delirium or a lonely woman’s frailty – are actual subjects of our everyday life.

“I’ll die if I don’t hug you immediately”!

It’s true, maybe someone who must hug anyone at all costs is just crazy, and could be scary. However coming to think of it, his desires of affection, human contact and acceptation, are the same desires that we also have and that we only express in a different way.

INVISIBILE is the form that madness assumes when hidden in everyday life normality in order to tell that we are all people held in a fragment of sigh that shouldn’t be lost.
